Terms and Conditions
You agree that the information you provided at the time of sign up are true, valid, and accurate. You agree to notify us immediately if there is any change in the information you provided at the time of sign up, or if any of your professional credentials have changed or no longer active.
If applicable, you agree to maintain any and all of your professional credentials (EFIN, PTIN, EA, etc..) active and in good standing.
You agree to abide by all the; IRS, State, Local, and Bank Product Providers; laws, rules, regulations, documentation requirements, and ethical practices that pertain to providing client services.
You agree to securely store any confidential client or financial records in accordance with any and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
You agree to pay any monies due 3IS Tax in full within 10 days of billing.
Account Setup Fee and Ongoing Account Management Fees
3IS Tax charges a one-time non-refundable account setup fee to create your Affiliate Account.
3IS Tax charges an ongoing non-refundable monthly account management fee to maintain your account. Monthly account management fees are billed on the first of every month, and are due upon receipt. Monthly account management fees are considered delinquent if unpaid within 10 days from the billing date.
Unless canceled, any Affiliate account that is 30 or more days past due, is automatically suspended. Suspended accounts can be reactivated by paying any past due and current monthly account management fees.
Unless canceled, any Affiliate account that is 90 or more days past due, is automatically terminated. Terminated accounts can be reactivated by paying a $99 account reactivation fee as well as and any past due and current monthly account management fees.
Canceled accounts cannot be reactivated.
3IS agrees to pay the Affiliate a share of revenues collected for services performed for the clients referred by and/or managed by the Affiliate for as long as the Affiliate’s account is current and active.
The amount of revenue share is based on the Affiliate’s account level (15% for Affiliate Level 1, 30% for Affiliate Level 2, and 50% for Affiliate Level 3).
In the event a Level 3 Affiliate is unable to perform the services request by his/her clients, 3IS will perform such services on behalf of the affiliate. For such cases where 3IS performed the client services, the revenue share will be 30% of the revenue collected from such services (not the normal 50%).
3IS will pay affiliates on or before the 15th of every month for revenues collected during the preceding month.
Suspended and terminated Affiliate accounts are not eligible for revenue share as of the date of their suspension (30 days past due). Revenue share will not accrue during any time which the Affiliate account was suspended or terminated. If the Affiliate reactivated his/her account, revenue share will start accruing as of the date of reactivation.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Account Setup Fees are non-refundable.
Ongoing Account Management Fees for past and current periods are non-refundable.
You may cancel your account at any time, for as long as all monies (any accrued Account Setup Fees and Account Management Fees) due 3IS Tax are fully paid. After cancellation your account will no longer incur any new Ongoing Account Management Fees. Any current period Account Management Fees are non-refundable.
You must notify us of your intent to cancel your account by contacting us by email at email@example.com.
All cancellation requests will be effective processed within 15 days after receipt of your cancellation request.
